2019 Baker Ambi-Trim saw with 6 heads, will multi-cut material up to 20' in length.  Six, 7.5 hp saw motors each with 18" diameter saw blades.  System includes Baker 4 strand unscrambler with 2 stage feed.  Includes optional hydraulic even ending rolls on saw.  Also includes foot control for the 1st & 3rd sections of the unscrambler, as well as a conveyor system for the trim scrap.  Machine also has an option included that will also accommodate 6' lumber.

The Baker AmbiTrim features two up to eight 18"-diameter circular saws, set at either equal or various distances from each other, depending on the application at hand. Each saw head can easily be positioned independently using a lockable saw head positioner. As boards are fed in laterally, these saws cut them individually into shorter pieces all at once.

The AmbiTrim is durably constructed for minimum labor and maintenance requirements and years of profitable operation.

  • Two to eight saw heads
  • Fully automatic. No operator required, except for starting and stopping the machine
  • Heavy-duty steel construction
  • 18"-diameter, 60-tooth circular saw blades
  • Each saw is powered by a 7.5- HP electric motor
  • 60 Chain conveyor dogs draw material evenly into saw to be cut
  • Material can be up to 3½ inches thick, as short as 24 inches long, and up to 12 inches wide
  • Maximum material length is determined at time of order. A 4-head AmbiTrim can cut material up to 10 feet long
  • 24"-wide trough conveyor collects and discharges waste and end block material
  • 12"-wide belt conveyor discharges product to either the left or right of machine, depending on the customer’s requirements at the time of order
