Automated pallet nailer, manufactured by GAP/BUB of Alabama.  This machine uses collated nail guns and 3,000 count nail coils - attached to the top and bottom of the moving gantry - to completely nail a pallet in one pass!  The operators simply lay all of the lumber in to the machines fixture (adjustable for various type and size pallets), and then pushes a button to actuate the nailing cycle.  The gantry moves back and forth to nail the pallet and then the chain conveyor moves the pallet in to the automatic pallet stacker.  The machine is operated by electricity (110v controls of the machine), and compressed air.

This machine was in operation when PRS purchased it.  The nail guns did not come with the machine when we purchased it, so no nail guns are included in the sale of this pallet nailing machine.  (typically supplied by your nail supplier at no charge)
