Models FX GX & HX Stackers

The Stack-O-Matic FX GX and HX Series of pallet stackers offer full featured, automatic pallet stacking in three solid models.

The Model FX accept pallets from 32” (.81 m) up to 50” (1.27 m) but have a pallet clip holder that will stack 2 way or 4 way pallets in either orientation. Both series features a fully programmable controller that stacks, counts and effects to your requirements. Optional PLC packages include a human machine interface (touch screen).

All stackers in the HX and FX series feature live infeed, automatic pallet stacking and automatic stack discharge. With a simple adjustment, these pallet stackers can be adjusted for different pallet sizes. The Model H handles pallets ranging from 30" to 60" (.76 to 1.52 m) squares and uses fork type clips that hold the pallets in the fork openings.

Options include sheet steel chamber walls and independent function control buttons. The H and F series' heavy-duty construction and quality hydraulic system provide consistent, reliable performance. Both models are ideal choices for production line operations.

Model G stackers feature one fixed and one adjustable side. They are often found in our sort and repair lines with automated material handling. 

Model F stackers feature both adjustable sides and can be used in both manual and automated material handling.
