Pallet Indexing System

PRS Pallet Indexing System is a heavy duty high speed CDLR conveyor with integrated pallet trap gate and pallet indexing gate.

These conveyor systems are used on sort or repair lines to control traffic of pallet prior to pallet stacker(s). The pallet trap gate squeezes 1 pallet to hold back accumulating pallets and releases 1 pallet at a time to the indexing gate. This system is often used with bar code scanning systems.

The indexing gate is controlled by logic of the pallet stacker of the sort system down stream. The pallet index gate serves as a traffic cop to pallet stackers logic.

This product comes complete with all sensors and pneumatic control valves required.
