PRS Rack Tippers

Increase your production and reduce labor with PRS Rack Tippers. Rack tippers work with our Rack-King stackable lumber racks to improve material handling and production of any lumber processing operation. A lumber rack is loaded into the Rack Tipper by fork truck or pallet jack. From there an operator uses a manual valve lever to tip the rack of material on to the board conveyor. A second lever is used to power the board conveyors 3 chains forward or backward to singulate and convey the boards to the process or application machine. PRS Rack Tippers are powered with 2 hp hydraulic systems for smooth, reliable operation.
