Overhead Sweep Transfer 90 Degree transfer of pallets from roller conveyors is fast and positive with the use of PRS overhead sweep transfers. Overhead sweep transfers can change the flow of pallets from one conveyor to the next or to transfer pallets into pallet stackers. Standard equipment on PRS sweep transfers is a pneumatic pop up gate complete with photo eyes that sense the pallet and then stop it prior to transfer. Powerful hydraulic motors actuate the sweep function.

A double paddle design allows quick efficient transfer of pallets from a roller conveyor with just 180 degrees of chain travel. Each sweep transfer has an electrical panel with manual function buttons that provide jog features in both forward and reverse chain tra central unit or from the pallet stacker’s hydraulic power supply. Under conveyor sweep transfers are also available.
